Real-Name Medical Service
A valid personal ID card is required for medical consultation (Medical insurance reimbursement and electronic medical insurance services are expected to be launched in March-April 2026). For children without a valid ID, a birth certificate must be provided. For special cases, medical consultation registration can be processed at the manual service counter.
Outpatient Service Process
Check-in for Waiting: After registration, check in at the self-service machine or triage desk in the corresponding clinic area; the system will call numbers automatically. It is recommended to arrive at the clinic 30 minutes in advance to avoid missing your turn.
Preparation for Consultation: Bring your previous medical records, examination reports, medication lists and other relevant documents, and inform the doctor of your allergy history and medical condition truthfully.
Payment and Medication Pick-up: Payments can be made at the front desk manual counter. Medications can be collected directly at the pharmacy window (on the left side of the first-floor lobby).
Examinations and Reports
Examination Appointment: Appointments for certain examinations (e.g., CT, MRI) need to be made in advance via the front desk or phone, with manual processing completed; please arrive for the examination at the instructed time.
Report Inquiry: Test results can be inquired about via the front desk or phone. Hard copies of some reports need to be collected at the report printing area.
